The competition will be decided after three services in each category.

- Disabled consultants so far dozens of audits of public administrations (...) are not in any way associated with IT professionals, because they do not play the role of experts carried out audits. During the audit service check from the viewpoint the average user, but of course in terms of their disability. The blind use of reading programs, Window Eyes and JAWS, visually impaired people use magnifying programs, and verify service deaf people to an understanding of texts (...) The second part involved an expert in the field of web accessibility (related to IT professionals) which checks the service, taking into account different levels of accessibility set out in the document WCAG. Combining expert analysis of the user experience, we get a complete picture of the availability of a website - Mila says Alexander the Invisible, explaining the rules of the competition.

Why all this? The introduction of the accessibility rules set by the W3C as recommended by the European Union, provides today, many groups with disabilities free access to information on the Internet. Keep in mind that blind, visually impaired, deaf, deaf, physically disabled and mentally represent 19% of the entire Polish population (according to the CSO, 2004) . Do not forget that providing websites for these people, we are enabling many people to participate actively in society, which is the basis for the equalization of opportunities in many areas of life.
